氷点下の山で孤独な野良生活を送り、両耳の扁平上皮癌と度重なる妊娠出産による衰弱、かつ猫エイズキャリアを生き抜いた元山の野良猫シロさん。
2年前の冬、主婦の山小屋で保護し両耳の癌切除手術後、ストレスによる発症を防ぐため都会での生活を避け、産まれ育った土地である世話人の別荘の主となって療養生活をし、世話人は片道２時間をかけ通ってお世話をしました。
今年の4月に自宅に個室が用意できたので山小屋から自宅に引っ越しさせました。
元野生猫でずっと一匹で生きてきたシロさんは人馴れはまだまだですが、昨年末の脳性麻痺からも回復した強さと神々しく白く輝く姿をどうぞご覧ください。サブチャンネル「ねこねっと山中湖第55話」はこちらです
